Meet The Founder
Apostle Dennis, the oldest of 11 children was born to a praying mother, the late Cleatrice McHatten. She declared the hand of God over his life anchored in the promise of Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way that he should go and when he is old he would not depart from it."
His early years were marked by faith, discipline, and the expectation of God‘s unfolding purpose.
After honorably serving his country in the United States Army Apostle Dennis pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psycology. He dedicated much of his early professional life to uplifting at-risk populations, especially those who were mentally and physically challenged through various social service organizations. In every role he embodied the compassion and care of Christ
He answered the call to ministry under the mentorship of Pastor Ricky Walker, and was later ordained to the Apostolic ministry by his spiritual father, the late Apostle Robert Warrior. These formative relationships instilled in him a profoundly deep love for the Word of God and a passion to serve others with humility and boldness
Led by the Holy Spirit, he relocated to Pine Bluff, Arkansas, where he assisted and strengthened a local congregation.
Eventually, he founded Rock Of Faith Ministry Inc. which later evolved into Rock Of faith, Deliverance Church and CPR Mninistries. Upon accepting the office of Apostle he planted Rock of Faith Deliverance Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has since provided spiritual oversight to eight churches and five ministries.
Apostle Dennis shared over 30 years of life and Ministry with his beloved wife the late Prophetess Frankie Dennis. Together they had six children, 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Her passing was a profound loss but Apostle Dennis has remained steadfast in his divine calling.
In God‘s perfect timing his heart was renewed through marriage to Teacher, Delicia Marbaugh Dennis. Together they embrace a fresh chapter of purpose and joy, united in faith and mission
Rooted in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope, Apostle Dennis continues to steward God‘s power and purpose guiding a growing body of believers towards transformative faith, spiritual maturity and a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.
